I picked up the Standard Ball Attachment to round out my Therabody setup, and it's become my go-to for smaller areas. The firm, compact surface works well on both large and small muscle groups, and I find it gives a nice medium-impact massage that helps with fast relief after workouts. It's not the softest option, so I use it mainly for quick reactivation of sore spots rather than long, gentle sessions. Solid build and easy to swap on. Does exactly what it says.
