I picked up the Micro-point Plus Attachment to reach those stubborn spots my regular head couldn't handle. The small micro-points really do increase circulation and wake up smaller muscle groups, which makes it great for focused relief in tight areas like forearms and calves. It's not a replacement for broader massage heads, but for nagging problem areas it works exactly as described. Solid addition to my routine.
