I picked up the Cone Attachment to use with my Therabody device and it has become my go-to for smaller, stubborn spots. It concentrates the percussive therapy into a precise point, which works really well on my hands and feet, and I also use it around an old scar area. It is more intense than the standard heads, so I started gently and worked up. Solid build and easy to swap on. Great addition if you want targeted treatment rather than broad coverage.
