I picked up the RecoveryPulse Arm for post-workout soreness and it does the job well. The combination of compression and vibration feels effective on my forearms after climbing sessions, and the germanium-infused fabric is a nice touch. It's easy to wear on the go, though the fit takes a moment to adjust. Battery life is decent for a few sessions. Not a miracle cure, but solid for minor aches and targeted recovery. Happy with the purchase overall.
