I picked up the SmartGoggles mainly for help winding down after long workdays, and the 2nd Gen blackout design really does block out light well. The combination of compression massage, heat and vibration feels soothing without being too intense. I use them most evenings and find they help take the edge off stress and make it easier to settle before bed. Comfort is good enough for longer sessions. I also get occasional headaches and the heat setting is a nice option, though results vary day to day. Solid, well-made product overall.
