I picked up the Standard Ball Plus Attachment to round out my recovery routine. It works well on both large and small muscle groups, and the firm, compact surface gives a medium-impact massage that feels great for quick relief after a workout. I like using it on my shoulders and calves when I want fast reactivation of sore spots.
