I picked up the TheraCup Refurbished and it has been a great addition to my recovery routine. The combination of suction, heat and vibration feels really effective for targeted pain relief, and the digital controls make it easy to adjust. Having three cup sizes is handy for different areas, and it is portable enough to use at home or take along to sessions. The refurbished unit works well and feels like solid value. The only thing to note is you need to learn the settings a bit at first, but after that it is straightforward.
