I've been using the Theragun PRO after workouts and it really helps with soreness. It's noticeably quieter than I expected for such a powerful device, and the four built-in routines make it easy to just follow along instead of guessing. The customizable settings let me adjust pressure for different muscle groups. Good for post-training recovery and general tension relief. Not the cheapest option, but it does what it promises.
