I picked up the Theragun Relief for everyday aches after workouts and long hours at my desk, and it has been a great addition. It is lightweight and comfortable to hold, so I can use it for several minutes without my arm getting tired. It delivers fast, effective relief from tension and stiffness, and I like that it helps me stay active and keep up with the hobbies I enjoy. It is not a deep-tissue powerhouse, but for general aches and pains it does exactly what I need.
