The Theragun Sense has become part of my evening routine. The LCD screen walks you through step-by-step routines, which makes it easy to use even on days when I just want to relax. It helps ease soreness after workouts and I find it genuinely calming before bed. It is not the most powerful Theragun out there, but for relieving pain, reducing stress and improving sleep it does the job well. Build quality feels solid and the guided routines are a nice touch.
