I've been using the Theragun Sense for a few weeks now and it's become part of my nightly routine. The LCD screen is genuinely helpful, walking me through step-by-step routines so I don't have to guess where to place it. It's great for easing soreness after workouts and helping me wind down before bed. The massage feels relaxing rather than aggressive, which suits me. I do wish the routines were a bit more varied, but overall it's a solid, easy-to-use device for stress relief and recovery.
