The Thumb Plus Attachment does exactly what it promises: it mimics a human thumb for precise, intense pressure on stubborn spots. I use it mainly on trigger points in my shoulders and lower back, and the focused treatment really digs in without needing much effort. It is firmer than the standard ball attachment, so it can feel quite strong on bony areas, but for tight knots it works well. If you want deep, targeted relief rather than broad vibration, this is a solid addition to your Therabody kit.
