I picked up the WaveDuo Refurbished to work on back and neck tightness, and it does exactly what the description says. The contoured shape fits along the spine nicely, so I can roll without it digging into the bone, and the vibration adds a lot compared to a plain foam roller. It eases tension after long days at a desk and helps me loosen up before mobility work. Being refurbished, it arrived in good condition and works like new. A solid option if you want recovery support at home.
