I added the Wedge Plus Attachment to my recovery routine and it has been a great addition. The firm edge works well on my shoulder blades and IT bands, and the scraping and flushing motions feel similar to what my physio does. It gives precise pressure without being harsh, and I notice better mobility and circulation after a few minutes of use. Solid build and easy to swap on. Recommended if you want targeted deep tissue work at home.
